PROCESS FOR ENROLMENT AS AN INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONAL WITH ICSI INSTITUTE OF INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONALS, COMPLETION OF PRE-REGISTRATION EDUCATION COURSE AND REGISTRATION AS AN INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONAL WITH IBBI IS AS FOLLOWS

First Stage: Enrolment as Professional Member with ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals (Formerly known as ICSI Insolvency Professionals Agency).

An eligible individual who has cleared the Limited Insolvency examination may enrol as professional member with ICSI IIP in the form prescribed by ICSI IIP for the said purpose with a payment of Rs.5,900/- (Rs. 5,000 plus 18% GST) through online payment, cheque or DD drawn in favour of ICSI INSTITUTE OF INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONALS.

Second Stage: Completion of Pre-Registration Education Course conducted by Insolvency Professional Agency

Third Stage: Registration with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India
Individuals who has cleared the Limited Insolvency Examination and enrolled as professional member with ICSI IIP is also required to register himself/herself with IBBI. An Application for registration has to be made to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Online payment of Rs. 11,800/- (Rs. 10,000 plus 18% GST) is to be made to IBBI after approval of application by ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals.
